Q. Why did Piglet look in the toilet?

A. He was looking for pooh.

Smoking & Tobacco Use: Bananas can also help people trying to give up              smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and the              magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of              nicotine withdrawal. Warts: Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it one the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape!

Use Lemon to: 3 of 10

1. Sanitize a chopping block. Run a slice of lemon over the surface to disinfect.
2. Eliminate the browning that occurs when food sits out too long. Sprinkle apple or pear slices with lemon juice, or squeeze a bit into guacamole and give it a stir.
3. Remove tough food stains from plastic and light-colored wooden cutting boards. Slice lemon in half, squeeze the juice onto the soiled surface, rub and let sit for 20 minutes. Rinse with water.
